In order to accommodate the overcrowded urban density caused by rapid urbanization, urban buildings have been made high-rise and super-high-rise, but these high-rise and super-high-rise buildings exist only for those who own them, and are separated from the outside and only stacked with specific functions. In other words, while the city's high-rises are being made, the private realm expands vertically, while the public realm still exists as a horizontal structure called ground. Now is the time to give the citizens who were able to move freely only on the Ground Level opportunities for higher spaces. The starting point of this project is that it is necessary to vertically expand such a flat urban public space structure for a true vertical expansion of the city, and the theme of the design is to present a new prototype of a skyscraper reflecting this.
