With the development of technology, the world continues and physical contact is free. At that point, we examined what form the physical and real space and the gathering space should be. There is a need for a space like a platform that holds people, where individuality can be respected while coexisting and being borderless. Of course, libraries have still served as a hub for cultural infrastructure. However, beyond simply applying cultural elements, this project planned to form an independent space where cultural production and exhibition are actively carried out so that it can serve as a hub for the village.
