In the case of rural residential areas, the same floor area ratio remained around 25 to 50%, but a high floor area ratio can be secured if public artificial land is used. Through this, the residential area, which used to be low-density, is encouraged to become dense and live at the same timebe able to maintain a positive temperature. Each user owns an artificial land, and construction activities are freely possible within a predetermined section. Through this, a vertical community will be formed through verticalization of horizontal residential areas to reduce the quality of living environment and have the opportunity to own the house that users want.
