In the 21st century, when the era of IT opened, with the 4th Industrial Revolution, IT technology is rapidly developing, and the number of IT companies is also increasing every year. In line with the increasingly oversupply and over-competition of IT companies, what they need most is the production of creative ideas. According to the sociological theory "The Organic Organization and Innovation" that group creativity is created through informal communication, many IT companies around the world are trying to actively produce creative ideas by establishing institutional systems that increase informal communication in offices. Future IT companies' offices, which require more active informal communication, should be planned internally by the opening of architectural physical and cognitive boundaries, and externally, for active informal communication with neighboring cities.
