With the advent of the Internet era, new changes have also come to the administrative space. In the direction of administrative computerization and electronic government, civil service processing and public affairs are increasingly being computerized. Today's administrative space does not function as an important civic place in the urban context. It is the closest to the lives of residents in the region, but there is no need to visit. On the contrary, the community center space will become an idle space. In terms of the possibility of citizens using the remaining space for free, the use of idle space is an important issue. Cheongnyangni has recently been actively undergoing redevelopment projects. Although it has been an area that has been shunned by the Seoul Metropolitan Government's average, low land prices, and insufficient living infrastructure, it is emerging again as an issue such as the campus town project of nearby universities and transportation fortress with 150,000 floating population. As a redevelopment project, outsiders will continue to flow in, but there is no space for communication with indigenous people. In addition, there is a lack of space for residents to actively participate in the urban regeneration policy accompanying redevelopment. Therefore, by considering the solution to this and the existing administrative architecture, I would like to build a 2030 community center in Cheongnyangni. The existing 30-year-old community center is demolished and the original terrain is preserved to accept the context of the city. In addition, the design goal is to settle the new community center naturally as it originally existed, rather than being heterogeneous in harmony with the cute surrounding scale.
