The Gangbuk-gu Byeon-dong area, selected as the pilot site for Moa Town, Seoul's low-rise residential development model, is an area with a high concentration of old single-family and multi-family housing. A total of 1,240 apartments are planned for the site. In the case of existing low-rise residences, there is a lack of amenities, outdated facilities, and community disconnection, and we want to propose a residence that preserves the existing low-rise residential spatial organization, shares it with the surrounding area, and creates opportunities for various encounters.
