After the COVID-19 pandemic, the meaning and function of the house expanded as urban residents' outdoor activities became largely possible indoors.
Accordingly, the city no longer randomly increases its size, but pursues "smart densification" that is more concentrated in the city center, and accordingly, the densification of the city is accelerating.

Currently, Seoul is gradually developing, densely populated, and urban regeneration New Deal is being implemented for small and low-rise residential areas for urban regeneration. The development of low-rise residential areas has many disadvantages such as curing time and field work.

Therefore, we would like to propose a one-person modular residential facility that can overcome these shortcomings, respond to and adapt to changes in urban space that will become more dense in the future, and flexibly change the space according to the user's situation.
