The Samcheong-dong area is a city containing an old tradition that changes while maintaining the original fine structure of the city. This is a steep slope, and Samcheong-dong and Bukchon seem to be connected, but the reality is that they are divided. In addition, the urban structure is heading toward the dark age as a whole due to gentrification and COVID19.

By immersing pleasant architecture in these traditional urban spaces, we want to show that it can serve as a powerful catalyst to revitalize the social and natural structure of a city.
Therefore, I would like to talk about facilities for communication between residents and tourists through art performance facilities on slopes that will be in line with the historical evidence around them. It also intends to show a modern way of intervening in traditional urban spaces by joining auxiliary facilities such as the base satellite office.
Furthermore, I would like to propose a typology that can permeate sites with similar environments.
