노후화된 저층주거지에 남겨진 공간들과 사람들에 대한 이야기.
도시 속 버려진 작은 공간들에서 가능성을 찾고 기존에 남아있던 저층주거지가 가진 빈공간들의 장점을 발견하여 새로운 저층 고밀도 주거지를 제안한다. 기존 역사를 무시하는 아파트 생성 혹은 같은 형태의 반복인 빌라 난개발을 지양하며 한정된 대지 속에서 사람들이 선택적인 공유를 하며 살 수 있도록 한다. 강제적인 공유가 아닌 개인의 선택에 의한 공유를 지향하여 남겨진 사람들, 대부분 고령화되어 가는 서울의 노인들과 끊임없이 도시로 유입되는 청년들이 강제적인 만남을 겪기 보다도 서로 느슨한 관계를 형성하며 시간의 흐름에 맡겨진 공유가 일어나도록 한다.

A story about the space and people left in an aging low-rise residence.
It suggests a new low-rise, high-density residential area by finding possibilities in small abandoned spaces in the city center and discovering the advantages of empty spaces in existing low-rise dwellings. It avoids the same type of repetition, reckless development of villas, and the creation of apartments that ignore existing history, and allows them to live freely on narrow land. Let's divide them into personal choices, not compulsory sharing, and let them, mainly the elderly due to the aging of Seoul and the expanding youth of the city, form loose relationships with each other and meet over time, not compulsory sharing.
